Goal 1:

K-5 Academic: ELA and Math Goal: Students K-5 will grow 7% form BOY to EOY in ELA DIBELS (K-2), BOY-MOY CIA (3-5), and Math iReady (K-5). 

Performance Measure: DIBELS, CIA, iReady

Strategy:  Intensive ELA and Math instruction

Action Steps:

• Successmaker

• Heggerty

• Number Talks

• Small group intervention for ELA and Math

• IMA’s 3-5 in ELA and Math

Goal 2:

SEL/School Culture Goal: To improve the social/emotional health and well-being of 3 critical area student from BOY to EOY on the Panorama Survey for the 2023-2024 school year.

Performance Measure:  Panorama Survey

Strategy:  meet student needs through different strategies

Action Steps:

• Tier 1 Counseling (guidance classes)

• Tier 2 Counseling (small group counseling)

• Tier 3 Counseling (1:1 counseling) 

• School-wide PBIS program
